Forest School Leader

This opportunity is for a qualified (or in process of obtaining the level 3 qualification) Forest School leader to join our team, to assist in the delivery of Forest School sessions for children across the Harlequin age range.

Harlequin are completely on-board with the Forest School ethos and see first-hand the huge and variety of benefits the forest sessions have on children of all abilities.  With this role we are looking for similar-minded individual who can extend the opportunites for children across our settings.

We have two large woodland areas at our disposal, providing opportiunities for our Forest School Leaders to to develop programmes within the harlequin environment.

Our Forest School Leaders need to be as comfortable developing and running learning sessions for pre-school children right through to young teenagers.

There is also an expection that the Forest School leader will also work within our settings when necessary, and they will be expected to be able to perform all the written and paper-based requirements of a educational and care role.

Harlequin are passionate about good childcare.

We strive to provide quality care in a happy, safe, fun and supportive environment for all the children and parents at the club.

We work hard to ensure that our childcare is of a high standard. Through attending regular CPD training courses we can ensure that the knowledge and skills of our staff is current. As this training is based on research we know that the level of our childcare is second to none.

Harlequin also hosts training sessions in the club at Coxheath for other childcare providers.
